Plain English, because nobody reads the other kind.
What you're buying
A digital file - a PDF guide - delivered immediately after payment as a download link on screen and by email. Nothing is posted to you. Page counts and contents are described on each product page.
Refunds
If a guide isn't useful to you, reply to your receipt within 30 days and tell us what didn't work. We'll refund it in full. There's nothing to send back, and we ask for the reason only so we can improve the guide — a one-line answer is plenty and we won't argue with it. Refunds go to the card you paid with and typically appear within five to ten business days. Once refunded, the download link stops working.
What you may do with it
Buying a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it, print it, and use the scripts and templates inside it in your own business - including with your own customers and staff. You may not resell it, republish it, post the file publicly, or pass your download link to other people.
If you'd like to give copies to a team or a group, email us. We're reasonable about it.
Download links
Links stay live for 365 days and allow up to 10 downloads. Those caps discourage link-sharing rather than restrict genuine buyers - if you hit one, email us and we'll reset it.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Peak Beak never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars. You'll be charged the amount shown at checkout.
The free Starter Kit
The Starter Kit is free in exchange for your email address. We'll send you the file and occasional useful email about finding customers. Every message has an unsubscribe link and we don't sell or share your details - see the privacy policy.
The website credit
If you buy a paid guide and begin a website project with Peak Beak within 30 days of your purchase date, we'll credit 2× what you paid — so a $9 guide becomes $18 off — against your first payment. Mention your order number. One credit per customer, it applies to a single project, and it can't be exchanged for cash or combined with a refund of the same purchase.
No guarantees
These materials provide educational strategies based on research and practical business experience. They do not guarantee customers, revenue, or business results. What you get out of them depends on your market, your offer, and how much of the work you actually do. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
