Something not working?
Most problems are one of the four below. If yours isn't, just email us - a person reads it.
I paid but nothing arrived
Check your spam folder first - receipts from a new sender often land there. If it's genuinely
missing, use the resend form below with the email address you paid with, and every link tied to
that address comes back to you.
My download link says it's expired or used up
Links last 365 days and allow 10 downloads.
Those limits exist to stop links being passed around, not to catch you out. Email us and we'll reset it.
I want a refund
Reply to your receipt within 30 days and tell us what didn't work for you.
No form to fill in and nothing to send back — we just want to know what to fix. Refunds go to the
original card and usually show up in five to ten days.
I bought the Playbook and now want a website
Good. Mention your order number when you get in touch within 30 days
of buying and we'll take 2× what you paid off your first payment.
